Seasonally planted, the roots develop and then are unearthed fresh at their peak and then prepared just miles from where they were grown to seal in Farm Fresh Goodness. Once diced or "cubed" and prepared they have a delicious sweet carrot taste, tender texture, vibrant yet mellow orange color and pleasing shape.
