Department 56, Dickens Village Series, Hather Harness, 1994, #5823-8. Excellent used condition to piece with no damage or chips. Original box is included but is in fair condition with dings to corners and stains. Working light is red and is included. I think it gives the piece an interesting glow, maybe the black smith has the furnace fired up.
This vintage porcelain piece is beautifully hand painted. It is in very clean condition. I threw the horse in as an extra, he has little dings which I touched up.
